Outside, Caulfeild Cove with its beaches, rocks and views offers the most spectacular location opportunities for the photographic memories of your special day. Inside, the high vaulted ceiling and overhead crystal chandeliers add a wonderful ambiance to a perfect venue for your wedding reception for up to 130 guests. Decorate as simply or as lavishly as you wish, to make it just right for you.
The entrance lobby and stairs are tastefully decorated with historic pictures of Caulfeild Cove and its surroundings and beautiful prints of paintings of the Cove by a distinguished, internationally acclaimed Canadian artist. Additional direct level access is available for those with disabilities.
A large fully equipped kitchen is attached for caterers. An adjoining Lounge is included for your use, furnished with coffee tables and comfortable armchairs around a gas fireplace. Glass doors and windows open onto a pretty courtyard, with benches and a feature Paperbark Maple
Civil wedding ceremonies are not permitted in Caulfeild Cove Hall nor in its grounds. However, if you would like to enquire about holding your marriage ceremony in the adjoining Sanctuary of St. Francis-in-the-Wood Church please contact the Church Office for further information and your wedding package. Caulfeild Cove Hall is part of the complex of buildings of the Church.

The Hall is equipped with:

- 10 rectangular tables, seating 12
- Separate women's and men's washrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the Hall for catering
Rental furniture and supplies can be delivered to the venue the day prior to the Event. Pick-up and return to be arranged for the first working day afterwards.
