• Insurance is an additional charge.   A security/damage deposit will be required and held, pending return as appropriate after the Reception

• Use of the kitchen is included.    However serving alcohol requires a license from BC Liquor.

• Cleaning Fee - $100.00
• Damage Deposit - $300.00
